CHILD’S POSE

It is easy as pie. All you do is kneel down on all fours with your hands spread out and pressed into the floor.

Then you push your bootie back, back, back until it rests on your heels and your forehead touches the floor. Let your muscles all relax. Take a couple deep breaths. Notice if anything is tensing up and let it all go. Keep breathing.

You can stay here for as long as you want. Sometimes, I fall asleep. This bueno! It means the yoga is working!
