No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C. White Sugar
1/4 C. unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C. Chunky Peanut Butter
3 C. quick cooking oats

(NOT old-fashioned. Be hip and get the
right oats or you will regret it. And by regret it I mean you will be
eating your cookies with a spoon.)

Instructions:
Heat a saucepan and melt the butter. If it gets a little browned, don’t stress. Brown butter tastes delightful. Plus, it is against the law in at least 15 states to stress over what butter does. At least, that’s
what I read on the internet, so it must be true. Add sugar, cocoa, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Please pay attention to your stuf on the stove. I mean, don’t leave it and look at memes, the smell of burning sugar, cocoa and milk is pretty much the worst. Not that I would know. I’m just assuming. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, peanut butter, and oats until combined.
Now the fun begins! Drop onto wax paper with an ice cream scoop. Let’s have a quiz, what do we drop it on? Did you say wax paper? Correct! Tin foil, the counter and plastic wrap are no bueno! They love to
stick to those things. Now, while you are scooping and plopping, feel free to sing the words and giggle like a little girl. It’s what Brigg would do! Allow cookies to cool for at least 1 hour. If you want to speed up

the process, pop them in the fridge. They will look like cow patties, but they taste like happy feelings.
Store in a container or plastic bag so they don’t dry out. If you do this, they will keep for like a week. Unless you eat them all before that. I won’t judge.
