Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

3 Ripe Bananas

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

½ C. Honey

2 ½ C. Old Fashioned Oats

¼ C. Cocoa Powder

1 ½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Salt

½ C. Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Blend it up, Blend it up, yeah-yeah!

Excuse me, I don’t know what just happened there.

Moving on – preheat oven to 375F. Put cupcake wrappers in a muffin tin. In a blender, place your bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey, cocoa powder, oats, baking powder, and salt.

In case you weren’t counting, that’s all the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Aren’t you glad I’m here? I sure am!

Pulse until blended.

Stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula, you’ll need it later so it’s good you’re breaking it in now.

Pour the batter from the blender into the muffin cups, almost to the top.

Bake for 13-18 minutes until the muffins are dry when you poke the top or check them with a toothpick. It should come out clean. If not, add a couple minutes cook time.

It’s hard, I know, but wait until they cool before you eat them.
