The struggle is real!

I sometimes forget how epic altitude is in baking. I’ll see a new recipe online and get super excited and just have to try it, then comes the drop!

There are very few recipes that take into account 7,000 feet elevation! Go figure!

But no one wants to spend hours and ingredients on something that doesn’t turn out. Right?!

Ain’t nobody got time for that!

All of the recipes I share here have a Happily Ever After at High Altitude!
